Cool, Frozen, and Dry Storage
The Facility occupies over 5,000 sq. ft of space housing the kitchen, storage lockers, prep rooms, walk-ins and large storage rooms. There is ample space for members to store their dry goods and evens some of their own cooking equipment. Storage fees are built into the Food Corridor online system. The facility has security cameras operating 24 hours a day.
Oven Space Galore
With two Vulcan gas convection ovens, a Vulcan electric convection oven, a Vulcan gas double oven with grill top, plus the showpiece Rationale Combi gas oven, the kitchen can accomadate many chefs at one time. Ovens are booked on line so there is no confusion,or waiting for space.
Prep and Clean Up
The kitchen has numerous prep stations, small wares, sheet pans to assist members prepare their food products. We also feature a dish machine, three compartment sinks, salad wash station and we supply the mops, rags and cleaning chemicals for members to clean up after themselves, which is a mandaory regulation at the kitchen,.
