Cost For Services

Dry and Cold Storage

We have dry storage lockers and storage rooms for monthly rental starting at $75, monthly up to $200 monthly for storage rooms. Space in our coolers or freezers are charged at $20 per bus tub of commodity

Prep Areas

We have members that use the kitchen for prep space and do no cooking. For these members we charge $20/hr. Members who use the kitchen for prep only generally rent a locker also to keep their equipment in.

General Charges

All members are charged a monthly membership fee regardless of what specific services they utilize. This fee assists in the costs of security systems, entrance fobs and cards, and the monthly cost of the Food Corridor Booking System etc. In addition, a refundable security deposit is charged which is used in case of damage to any of the equipment or premises.

Members Who Utilize Equipment

For those members who use full kitchen equipment including stoves and ovens, they are charged at an hourly rate of $25. Cost for storage are in addition to the hourly, as well as the membership fee.
