CURRENT USAGE

Nehemiah's Village Inc. (NVI) is a sister company which caters to pre-schools in Central Florida.  NVI is an approved caterer for the Child Care Food Program managed out of Tallahassee, for the USDA. NVI use the kitchen on schooldays from 1am until noon. As a Result no members are allowed bookings that involve oven space during those time periods. However afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays are available to members for bookings.

Currently the kitchen is under utilized, with only a few members, leaving numerous bookings available. The kitchen is large with five ovens  which allows multiple bookings at the same time periods. The kitchen utilizes the Food Corridor on-line booking system which sets booking times, and automatically debits members monthly from their credit cards,
